Let's talk about leather. A lot of leather has a huge environmental footprint due to toxic tanning practices and from raising cattle but vegan leather isn't that much better because it's made from plastic and goes through a chemical heavy manufacturing process. Von Holzhausen wanted to do it differently with their Technik Leather. Tecknik leather has a 33% lower impact than cow leather and is made from recycled plastics and toxic free solutions. This bag has held up super well and holds so many items! Definitely a staple in my accessories.
