Plastic-Free Homemade Sushi

Ingredients

Cucumbers

Red Bell Peppers

Sushi Rice

Shredded Carrots

Seaweed

Avocado

Green Onions

How to Make:

  1. Cut up all of your ingredients and cook your rice.

  2. Layer the sushi rice on the seaweed. Flip over on a bamboo roller lined with reusable parchment sheets.

  3. Add cucumbers, red bell peppers, shredded carrots, avocado, and green onion.

  4. Roll the sushi using the bamboo roller, press to seal the roll.

  5. Slice into equal size rounds and enjoy!
