*this is for my peeps with a period! it’s is all personal preference and take into account your level of comfort, culture and what you feel good doing*

my go to product is the menstrual cup! it is a completely zero waste replacement for tampons and has literally changed my life.

don’t let let it freak you out (give it a good try first) once you get the hang of using a cup it’s super easy. it has changed the way the feel during ‘that time of the month’ WHY? well you save a ton of money, you can safely leave it in for 12 hours, sleep with it in, and it’s so comfortable that I forget i’m even on my period.

another great option that I use are period panties. these are a completely zero waste replacement for pads and they are super easy to use.

you just wear them like regular underwear. the 3 layer padding inside of them helps nothing leak out, controls smell and is comfy af! just rinse them in the sink then throw them in the wash and they are able to be worn again!
