Easy Vegan + Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

the easiest vegan GF chocolate chip cookies that you really can’t mess up

I usually measure with my heart but here’s my best guess on amounts:

-1 1/2 cups of gf flour
- 1 flax egg (1tbsp flax seeds 2tbsp water)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- dash of sea salt
- dash of nutmeg
- as much chocolate chips as you want

bake at 350 for 8-10 mins & enjoy

#protip make the dough and freeze it and take them out one at a time for your late night fix
