Low-Waste Gluten-Free Croutons

one of my fav ways to lower your food waste is by saving the ends of bread or hard bread and turning them into croutons

just cut up the bread, toss in olive oil & bake in the oven at 350 for like 10 mins.

add on to your fav salad and you are good to go πŸ₯—πŸ₯—
