Vegan + Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes
BANANA PANCAKES (VEGAN & GF)
These are one of my go-to recipes and I am obsessed with how easy they are!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup (ish) of oat flour (i usually blend oats up and use that)
- 1 cup of nut milk
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of salt
DIRECTIONS:
- blend everything
- put on a skillet
- let cook for a few mins
- flip and cook more
- ENJOY!
